Curated especially for a small group of like minded individuals who wish to kick start their Summer in the most connected and mindful way, taking a break from all around and inviting your body, mind and spirit into a restorative peace through nature, movement, breath and sound.
We are here to blend the invigorating Western Classical Pilates method of movement and exercise with the facilitation of Eastern Sound Healing Techniques and offer an all-senses Holistic Full Body and Mind Experience.

It is a vigorous form of exercise whose benefits range from flexibility and core strength, to posture improvement, general alignment and injury prevention. Classes are easy to follow while challenging, encouraging you to explore your capabilities, and improve daily by enhancing the stamina, range of movement in addition to increasing your energy levels.
Transferring all this into the Greek beach life, the early summer breeze, the endless sea and the nutritional meals based on fresh local ingredients, you get to connect to your Powerhouse and explore the profound relationship with nature and yourself, even when you’re not doing Pilates.
Sound healingSound Healing
is as Old as Nature itself.
The Ancient Greeks discovered the deep connection between vibrations and healing, while incorporating Sound to heal their patients and to arouse emotions. Pythagoras used “music as medicine” in ancient Greece (circa 500 BC). He discovered the effect of musical intervals and taught that healing could occur using sound and harmonic frequencies, performed to what he called “soul-adjustments”.
Throughout a sound healing session, and via the sounds of Himalayan and Crystal Bowls, Rain Sticks and Kochi Chimes, you will be safely guided into an altered state of consciousness where the vibrations act as healer both for the physical body, the unstoppable mind and the ethereal spirit. While it has been widely accepted that most illnesses are stress related, treatment methodologies that promote relaxation and help reduce stress can prevent and treat illness.
Moreover, it has also been acknowledged that a Sound Healing Session can lower the blood pressure, help with pain management, lower cholesterol levels, reduce mood swings, improve sleep and help reduce risk of strokes and coronary artery disease. Taking the ethereal sounds under the stars, or up a hill with an endless view to the Aegean sea, or sacredly placed in the center of a Greek ancient temple, this whole experience will be taken to a higher level with you as the protagonists of your own healing.

During a Hypnotherapy session, a licensed professional helps you relax to a focused mental state where you can use guided imagery or suggestions to help overcome parts of your condition. During a Breathwork session, lying down or sitted into a comfortable position, eyes are shut to enhance the rest of the senses, and the safe guided breathing begins… Everyone together and each one alone, takes responsibility for their own breath while giving permission to oneself to breathe deeply and awaken both the physical body and the emotional world one possesses. The fresh air from the Aegen Pelagos and the warmth in the body from the summer heat, will certainly enhance the experience.
Practicing Breathwork can be beneficial for many reasons as it is thought to bring about improvements in both the emotional state of the individual, plus the physical body. It is proven to boost immunity, aid positive self-development, enrich creativity, help in overcoming addictions, reduce stress and anxiety levels, release negative thoughts, increase joy and happiness , aid in processing emotions, while improving a wide range of issues like anger issues, chronic pain, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD.
